The only personal data this site collects is what you submit through the contact form at /contact: your name, email address, and message, plus company name and service of interest if you choose to provide them. We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on the public site. (The /admin area used internally by SUNMAK Tech Solutions staff uses a session cookie to stay signed in — this only applies to authenticated staff, never to site visitors.)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use contact form submissions solely to respond to your enquiry and, if it leads to a project, to communicate with you about it. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell it.
3. How We Share Your Information
Contact form submissions are stored in our database (hosted by Supabase) and are only visible to authorized SUNMAK Tech Solutions staff. We do not share this information with any other third party, and we do not currently use any external analytics, advertising, or email-marketing service.
4. Data Retention
We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and maintain reasonable business records. You can request deletion of your submission at any time by emailing contact@sunmaktechsolutions.com.
5. Your Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted at any time by emailing contact@sunmaktechsolutions.com. Depending on where you're located, you may have additional rights under applicable law (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) — this section will be expanded to specifically address those once reviewed by counsel.
